How to Get Help

We answer every message within one business day — and download or delivery problems are treated as top priority, usually resolved the same day. Before writing in, you may find an instant answer on our FAQ page.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every product comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If a toolkit isn't right for you for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we'll refund you in full — no forms, no justification required. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Since these are digital goods, we ask that you delete the downloaded files after a refund; we trust our customers on this. Requests outside the 14-day window are reviewed personally rather than declined automatically — just write to us and explain.

Free Updates for 12 Months

Regulations move, and your documents should move with them. Every purchase includes free updates for 12 months: whenever we revise a product — for example, when EU AI Act guidance, standards, or enforcement timelines change — we email you a fresh download link at no charge, along with a changelog showing exactly which sections changed, so you can update your customized documents without starting over. After 12 months, your files keep working forever; you simply stop receiving new revisions, and existing customers get a discount on the latest version. Keep the email address on your order current so updates reach you.

Re-Downloads

Lost your files or your link expired? No problem. Your download link is in your order confirmation email, and download links allow a limited number of attempts for security. If yours has stopped working, email bsalehi@northvaledigitalventures.com with your order number (or the name and email used at checkout) and we'll issue a fresh link — usually within a few hours, always within one business day. We recommend saving your files to your own computer or company drive right after purchase so you're never dependent on the link.

What We Can and Can't Help With

We're glad to explain how any template is structured, where a topic is covered, and how to customize it for your organization. What we can't do is provide legal advice: our products are templates and educational tools, and we can't assess whether a policy is sufficient for your specific situation — that's a question for qualified legal counsel familiar with your jurisdiction and sector.
