All products sold by Northvale Digital Ventures are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped.

 

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If a product isn't right for you for any reason, email bsalehi@northvaledigitalventures.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund you in full — no forms and no justification required. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

 

Because our products are digital goods, we ask that you delete all downloaded files after receiving a refund.

 

Refund requests made after the 14-day window are reviewed personally rather than declined automatically — contact us and explain your situation.

 

Download problems are not a reason to lose your purchase: if a download link fails or expires, contact us and we will issue a fresh link, usually the same day.
